Second Entry

Ok thanks to Cpt Sarwani I've managed to acquire the list of all the SCDF MOs, active and passive (in the "our members" page.)

I've sent invites to everyone to join this page, and It's my hope that many more of us will join both this page and the forum. (Experience tells me to expect different...)

If I've left anyone out please send me an email. (Everyone can be emailed by clicking on their names in the members page)

Also Maj Mohan and Cpt Iskandar - no idea which units you guys are, if you visit here please either leave a comment or drop me an email.

be well

Welcome!

Welcome to the homepage of the Singapore Civil Defence Medical Officers.

We, the MOs of 41A and B Rbn created this page because it is becoming increasingly apparent in the aftermath of CPT Ithnin's unfortunate demise that the medical support elements of the SCDF need to rally together in order to keep the service alive, and to keep it moving forwards.

On your right you'll see a link to the MOforum to create topics or make comments on existing topics pertaining to any issues that concern you, or that you think can be done better.

You will need to register for access to the forum. Registration is simple, and free.

Please feel free to make suggestions - on how to streamline workflows, perhaps propose modifying or creating new hardware or instruments... or just write stuff to keep in touch with each other.

If you wish to raise a poll you may- if we garner a majority vote we can submit completed proposals countersigned electronically by all of us to the powers that be for implementation.

The "Eyes Only" link on the right contains news posts that are of a more sensitive nature. Membership is by invitation only. If you want an invite, drop me an email. In order to view these posts you will need to have a gmail account. You can register for a gmail account for free, and the email account remains valid even if you don't use it.

Help us change the face of the SCDF medical corps! :)

ps : Did you know - the SCDF medical corps has no logo, unlike the SAF medical corps? Nor any constitution, nor any formal unit. In a sense, CPT Ithnin was the SCDF medical corps. Perhaps our first order of business should be to decide on an identity, a logo, and a constitution. Food for thought...
